Introduce
The drum-tower lies at west street and north gate intersection of Xi an, face each other through the square in the east and bell tower, the drum-tower builds 13 years in reign of Ming Emperor Hongwu, once rebuilding two times in Qing Dynasty. There is one side of huge drum upstairs originally, beat a drum and give the correct time at dusk, thus come the name of the drum-tower.
