Situated on the outskirts of Guiyang city, it is also called Jianshan of Snail Hill .On the hill lies Fufeng Temple and a memorial hall devoted to Wang Yangming, a noted Ming dynasty philosopher and educator. There is another temple built in memory of Han dynasty educator Yi Daozhen on the hill.
