NEW YORK, May 12 - Shell Oil Co (RDSa.L) was preparing to restart all major units at its 332,000 barrel per day refinery in Deer Park, Texas, the company said Tuesday.
The refinery's production was disrupted after a power disruption early Monday morning. Shell anticipated returning to normal rates throughout the site, which includes a chemical plant, over the next several days.
