KINGSPORT, Tenn., Dec. 4, 2007 - Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products effective Jan. 1. These increases are due to elevated operating costs, particularly in raw materials, energy and freight.
EASTMAN Triethyl Phosphate: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.10 /lb ($US 0.22/kg, Euro 0.15/kg) globally.
EASTMAN Specialty Acids & Anhydrides, All Grades: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.07 /lb ($US 0.15/kg, Euro 0.10/kg) globally.
EASTMAN Propionic Anhydride: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.05 /lb ($US 0.11/kg, Euro 0.08/kg) globally.
EASTMAN Triethyl Phosphate: List and off-list price increase of $US 0.10 /lb ($US 0.22/kg, Euro 0.15/kg) globally.
