By March 5, 2011, XCMG had manufactured 5,000 spreaders. In celebration of the memorable moment, on the morning of March 5, XCMST held the offline ceremony for XCMG s 5,000th spreader on the just-launched spreader product line at Xuzhou Jinshanqiao Economic Development Zone. Themed by New Start, New Leap , the ceremony was concise but grand. Feng Zhongxu, professor of Chang an University and doctoral supervisor; Yang Dongsheng, vice president of Xugong Machinery and general manager of XCMST, as well as over 100 spreader customers in Xuzhou were present to witness the inspiring moment. As XCMG s 5,000th spreader-RP903S intelligent asphalt spreader ran off the production line slowly, a new page was opened in Chinese history of road machinery.
