Sinoma Suzhou gets a 112.5M USD cement project contract in Iraq

Recently, Sinoma Suzhou signed an EPC contract with Mass Iraq to build a 5300 t/d cement production line . The project is the second line of Sulaymaniyah Cement Plant in Kurdish. The total contract value is 112.5 million US dollars.

Located in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdish, the project contains a whole cement production line from limestone crushing to cement packing and dispatching (excluding pile foundation, domestic transportation and equipment purchased by the owner). The EPC contract includes engineering design, procurement, civil engineering, installation, and commissioning. The contract period is 24.5 months from the starting date.

Furthermore, Sinoma Suzhou also entered into a preliminary agreement with Mass Iraq on a power plant project. The project contains civil engineering and steel work installation of a 500,000 KW natural gas power plant. The preliminary estimated contract value is 20 million USD and the contract period is 8 months. If the contract is finally entered into, Sinoma will see itself in other related sector, following its full-blown industry chain of cement technology and equipment.
