The Third Extraordinary Shareholders

The meeting was convened by the board of directors and presided over by Mr. Tan Zhongming Chairman of the Board. Mr. Yu Shiliang Mr. Liu Zhijiang Mr. Zhang Lailiang Directors of the company Mr. Gu Chao Mr. Su Kui Mr. Jin Leyong Vice President of the company and Mt. Liu Biao CFO of the company attended the meeting. Representatives of Computershare Ltd Herbert Smith and Beijing Bank also attended the meeting.

A Proposal about issuing interim note which was submitted by the board of the company was listened to and deliberated on by shareholders and representatives of shareholders attending the meeting. The proposal was voted by open ballot.
