Sinomatech Wind Power Blade signed a supply contract of RMB 1.456 billion

Recently, Sinomatech Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd signed a supply contract of wind power blades with Xinjiang Goldwind Science and Technology Co., Ltd., a global leading manufacturer of wind power generators. According to the contract, Goldwind and its wholly-owned subsidiaries will purchase wind power blades from Sinomatech Wind Power Blade. The total contract value is RMB 1.456 billion Yuan. The contract is the largest supply contract of wind power blade product in China.

Sinomatech, a listed company and the controlling shareholder of Sinomatech Wind Power Blade, announced that the total amount of the contract will account for 135.18% of the company s audited revenue in 2008.

With the registered capital of RMB 85 million Yuan, Sinomatech Wind Power Blade was established in May 2007. Sinomatech maintains the control interest of 52.12%. Sinomatech Wind Power Blade signed wind power blades supply contract of RMB 1.02 billion with Sinovel in November 2007, and another contract of 630 million with Golden in April 2008, respectively. Besides, products of Sinomatech Wind Power Blade has been loading and running in more than 20 wind power fields in Northwest, Northeast and Inner Mongolia.

As the only wind power blade manufacturer with independent intellectual property rights, Sinomatech Wind Power Blade has solid technology of wind blade manufacturing.

The Sinoma40.2 wind power blade produced by Sinomatech Wind Power Blade is the longest self-developed wind power blade in China. The blade fits China s wind power resource. Comparing to 1.5MW wind power blades of other types, its power generating efficiency is higher than 10%, leading the upgrade of 1.5MW wind power blades.
