Chongqing Jinjiu Cement Project Phase II contracted by NCDRI commenced operation

November 22, Chongqing Jinjiu Cement Co., Ltd 3 million tons per year NDP cement production line phase II, contracted by NCDRI Handan Branch, ignited and commenced operation, which makes Jinjiu Cement become a large cement producer with annual production value of 1 billion RMB.

Jinjiu Cement Project Phase II is a technology upgrade project including a 2500 t/d clinker cement production line equipped with a 4.5mw waste heat power generation facility. Applying rotary kiln technique, the whole production line is controlled by a computer based total distributed control system. Technique, technology and equipment of the production line have already reached the most advanced level in China. It is anticipated that Jinjiu Cement Project Phase II s actual daily output of clinker cement will be more than 3000 tons. At the same time, the capital input of equipment and facilities for energy saving and waste disposal amounted to over 5000 RMB, which ensures a good expected effect of realizing energy efficiency and emission reduction.

Also contracted by NCDRI Handan Branch, Jinjiu Cement Project Phase I , which has already been put into operation, has made positive contribution to increasing fiscal revenue and expanding employment.
