Vietnam Songtao Project under contract with TCDRI passed the performance test

Recently, Vietnam Songtao 2500 t/d cement production line EP project, which is contracted by Tianjing Cement Design & Research Institute, successfully passed the performance test.

LILAMA, the largest equipment installation company in Vietnam, has taken the general contract of this production line. Its subsidiaries EMC and 693 are responsible for the installation of different section respectively. TCDRI provides series of services like process and electrical design, equipment supply and commissioning in order to reach the designed capacity within one year. The firing system of the production line applies the advanced process of 100% anthracite calcination. Three vertical kilns are bought by Vietnam side from Germany. The whole production line is highly automatic. The firing system was ignited and put into materials at the end of September 2009. The completion ceremony was held on October 22, 2009.

Performance test for the whole plant began from March 4, and ended at May 5. All the equipment and process system provided by TCDRI have passed the performance test, reached the performance index as required by the contract and finally got the acceptance from the Vietnam side. Since May 20, the Vietnam side has accepted the production line and TCDRI continues to provide services in order to make the production line reach the designed output within one year, according to the contract.
