CDI s CRM5304 raw material vertical mill successfully put into operation

Currently, CRM5304 raw material vertical mill, which is developed independently and manufactured by Chengdu Design & Research Institute (CDI), a subsidiary of Sinoma, was successfully put into operation in Heibei Wuan Xinfeng 2X5000t/d cement production lines upgrading project line A. It is the largest domestic raw material vertical mill which has been put into operation. All the indexes have reached the advanced level in both home and aboard.

The vertical mill has the advantages of low energy consumption, high grinding efficiency, strong drying capacity, simple process and large production capacity, which has already become the key equipment of cement grinding system. With an installed power of 3800---4200kw, the diameter of CRM5304 vertical mill is 5300 mm. It can be used in the raw material preparation system of the 5000-6000 t/d clinker production lines. CRM5304 raw material vertical mill has completed batch charging and commenced operation since September 2010. The preparation system operates easily and stably. The vertical and horizontal vibration are less than 1.5mm/s. The contractor speaks highly of its performance.

It is said that the vertical roller mill, which is developed independently by CDI and can be used in the grinding of slag and cement clinker, will be put into production in the near future.
