On 29 March 2008, 260 residential units of Royal Lakefront located in Suzhou Industrial Park, sized between 96 and 174 square meter, went public for sale. In shortly 3 hours, 180 units were transacted, yielding a sales rate of 70%. The property sale since March among a cooling atmosphere has fuelled the local property market.
