BEIJING - Foreign direct investment (FDI) in China in September rose 6.14 percent year on year, compared with a growth rate of just 1.38 percent in August.
China received $8.384 billion in FDI last month, compared with $7.602 billion in August, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) said Friday.
The September figure brought the total amount for the first nine months to $74.34 billion, MOC spokesman Yao Jian said.
