China MediaExpress Holdings Inc said Tuesday it has been added to the Russell Global Index.
The company operates video ads on intercity and airport express buses in China.
The Russell Global Index includes 98 percent of all the investable securities in the world.
Shares of China MediaExpress fell 90 cents, or 8.7 percent, to $9.44 in midday trading.
