UAE energy giant announces retrospective oil prices for October

ABU DHABI, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company(ADNOC), the energy giant of the United Arab Emirates (UAE),announced on Sunday the retrospective prices of its four main grades of crude oil for October.
According to ADNOC, the price for the onshore Murban crude oil was set at 81.80 U.S. dollars per barrel, up 3.25 dollars comparedwith that of September.
Prices for the three offshore crudes were set at 81.85 dollars for Lower Zakum, 81.10 dollars for Umm Shaif and 77.80 dollars forUpper Zakum, up 3.25, 3.3 and 3.95 dollars respectively compared with the prices of September.
ADNOC, a fully government-owned company established in 1971, isone of the world's leading oil companies with huge reserves. It currently produces over 2 million barrels of oil a day.
