KINGSPORT, Tenn., Oct. 29, 2007 - Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products effective Nov. 1, or as contracts allow. These increases are due to increased market demand and operating costs, particularly in raw materials, energy and freight.
Eastman n-butyl acetate: Off-list price increase of $US 0.06 /lb ($US 0.132/kg) globally.
Eastman n-propyl acetate: Off-list price increase of $US 0.06 /lb ($US 0.132/kg) globally.
