SINGAPORE - Oil prices rose more than $1 a barrel on Tuesday as the U.S. dollar weakened, rebounding from the previous day's near $4 plunge, but easing anxiety over Iran's nuclear program limited gains.

U.S. light crude for August delivery climbed $1.02 to $142.39 a barrel by 1:28 a.m. EDT.

London Brent crude rose $1.02 to $142.89 a barrel.
