MADRID, March 10 - Share trading in Spanish gas company Gas Natural has been suspended, stock market regulator CNMV said in a statement on Tuesday.
Gas Natural is holding a board meeting on Tuesday, followed by an extraordinary shareholders' meeting at which it is expected to announce details of a 3.5 billion euro ($4.43 billion) capital increase to finance its 16.7 billion euro takeover of utility Union Fenosa .
