NEW YORK, July 22 - Delek said Wednesday that it restored operations in a gasoline-producing fluid catalytic cracker and a sulfur recovery and SCOT units at its Tyler, Texas, refinery following a power failure on Tuesday.
"Operation of the SRU2 and SCOT Units as well as the FCCU were restored in a controlled manner as quickly as practicable following applicable procedures to minimize emissions/opacity to the extent possible," Delek said in a filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
