HONG KONG, Jan 27 - Chinese coal miner Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co (900948.SS) aims to raise about $1 billion from a Hong Kong initial public offering in the second to third quarter of 2010, a source close to the deal said on Wednesday.
Yitai Coal, which has B shares listed in the Shanghai market, is involved in the production, transportation and sale of coal.
BOC International and CICC are handling Yitai's Hong Kong IPO, the source said. (US$1=HK$7.75)
