AF Gaskin up for sale as administrator called in

May 14-High Wycombe-based mould maker AF Gaskin is in administration. The UK business, which is being offered for sale by Amco on behalf of administrator Anthony Hyams of Marriotts, was established in 1970.

Gaskin's customer-base covers automotive, medical and electronics including tier 1 suppliers, OEMs and major trade moulders.

The company has no significant forward order book and could be relocated if required. Amco is seeking offers for the company or expressions of interest for all or parts of the plant and equipment, which includes high-speed, five-axis milling equipment, and EDM machinery.
