China's top-listed developer, China Vanke Co Ltd, said on Tuesday its sales for 2010 rose 70.5 percent to 108.2 billion yuan, despite a slowdown during the final month of the year.
Vanke said that preliminary data showed its property sales for December rose 51 percent from a year earlier to 8.35 billion yuan, compared with growth of 146 percent in November and 137 percent in October. The company added a further 21 new development projects since reporting its November sales, the company said in an emailed statement.
