Pu'an County Government signed an outline agreement with Guizhou Minsheng Industry Co., Ltd. on Nov. 23rd to construct 600kt/y coal-to-methanol project in Southwest Guizhou coal electrical base.
According to Wei Juncheng, president of the company, investment in this project amounted to Rmb 4 billion, with Rmb 2 billion invested in Phase I 300kt/y project.
