On September 13, the recently completed municipal major project - Ganzhou Middle School held a grand opening ceremony. Pan Yiyang (a member of Standing Committee of Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and Party Chief of Ganzhou) and Wang Ping (Deputy Party Chief and Mayor of Ganzhou) sent a congratulatory letter and hoped Ganzhou Middle School would be active in innovation and become a demonstration school of quality education and a well-known school in Jiangxi or even in the country.
Jiangxi Provincial Education Department also sent a congratulatory letter, hoping that Ganzhou Middle School could strive to be an elite high school of "first-class facilities, best-qualified teachers, first-class management and first-class quality".
City leader Luo Bingfeng attended the school-opening ceremony, delivered a speech and put forward some requirements for running of Ganzhou Middle School. City leaders Pan Yiming and Pan Qile attended the school-opening ceremony.
