Feb 11, People's Daily Online - A resident name Wu Dongfang dug up a giant kudzu vine root with a total length of 150 centimeters and a weight of 3.2 kilograms in his own backyard in Fuliang County, Jindezhen City of east China's Jiangxi Province.
Kudzu vine root has high medical value as well as high edible value. Kudzu vine root is usually called "Asia's ginseng." Kudzu is a plant in the genus Pueraria in the pea family Fabaceae, subfamily Faboideae.
