| A citizen from Huainan, Anhui shows her 2010 Shengxiao stamp "Gengyin (Tiger) Year" that is first issued on January 5th. The third special stamp of the birth year stamp series "Gengyin Year" issued by China Post has one piece in a set with a nominal value of 1.20 yuan and the stamp booklet's selling price is 12 yuan. The designer decorated the "gengyin tiger" with the traditional red character "fu" meaning auspicious tiger brings happiness this year. |
