Passengers wanting to buy tickets formed a long line in the hall of Hefei Railway Station on Jan.11, which was the second day since the ticket selling for lunar Chinese New Year began.
According to the station, the ticket rush was heated up mainly by college students, migrant workers and relative-visiting passengers, and the student flow is estimated to reach 100 thousand person-trips.
8 automatic ticket vendor machines and 50 temporary counters has been put into service.
