University students across the Cross-Strait were organized in activities of "taking a deep breath in creativity", with a theme of the city image design on July 25 in Xiyan Villa, Qingyuan County. More than 40 designs and hundreds of pieces of creation were displayed.
The 3D image --- "Flowing Landscape" by Guo Weihua, a student from Taiwan National Yunlin of Science and Technology, attracted the attention of many visitors. It shows many peddlers shouting to sell their bamboos and edible mushrooms in the crowded Front Street of Qingyuan County.
On July 12, in partnership with Tongji University, Taiwan National Yunlin of Science and Technology and other universities, Qingyuan held the 5th Cross-strait National Undergraduate "Mobile Creative Camp" by inviting university students from the mainland and Taiwan, together with urban design experts at home and abroad. Both students and experts took "a deep breath in creativity" on theme of city image design in areas like Qingyuan's image planning, urban arts, city museums, city image, urban public service facilities, etc.
