On July 27, Zhejiang Real Estate Association and Real Estate Research Center of Zhejiang University jointly released "Development Report on Zhejiang Real Estate for the First Half of 2010". Following the market research in 11 prefecture-level cities in the province, they worked out the house price-income ratio, house price-rent ratio and rent-income ratio. It is the first time for Zhejiang to release these ratios.
