It s known from the provincial Industrial & Commercial Administration that by the end of June, the total number of private enterprises in the province had come to 604,700, a growth of 11.76% over the period last year. It was the first time for the number to exceed 0.6 million. The total registered capital had climbed to 1.4835 trillion RBM yuan, increasing by 25.73% over the year-ago performance.
