Emergency assistance to Zhouqu

On August 10, Hangzhou Red Cross sent the first donation of 200,000 yuan to disaster areas in Zhouqu through the Red Cross of Gansu Province. Meanwhile, Ningbo Red Cross raised the first batch of relief materials worth more than 600,000 yuan and sent it to Zhouqu, Gansu. In addition, Ningbo Red Cross, together with Ningbo Customs, is raising the second batch of relief materials worth 950,000 yuan and will send it to disaster areas in Gansu. Wenzhou Red Cross has also sent 208,000 yuan to the disaster areas, of which 20,000 yuan was donated by Wenzhou Tianyida Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and 8,000 yuan contributed by staff in the company.

The party and government organs, enterprises, public institutions, and warm-hearted citizens in our province are also giving a helping hand. According to incomplete statistics, as of 17:00 yesterday, the Red Cross system of Zhejiang has allocated relief funds and materials worth 1.208 million yuan and received donations of about 0.36 million yuan from various social circles.
