Vice Governor Jin Deshui met with Mr. Bob Hemphill, President and CEO of AES Solar Energy Ltd. in Hangzhou on Aug. 4th.
Mr. Jin extended his warm welcome to the guests. He briefed them on the basic information about our province, and on how we coped with the international financial crisis, and the energy conservation, exhaust reduction, transformation and upgrading of enterprises. He hoped that world famous corporations like AES will come and invest in Zhejiang so that we can achieve mutual development and prosperity through communication and cooperation.
