This year s second quarterly analysis report of the supply and demand in the human resources market of the 85 cities and counties (districts) in Zhejiang Province has been released recently. The report shows that, as the economic situation improves, the employment situation in the province is further improving, with a short supply of skilled talents in the job market and an optimistic picture of female employment.
Meanwhile, with a better economic situation, the job requirements set by the employers have been lowered as compared with the same period last year and there has been a sharp decrease in the definite requirements for sex, age and education.
