The production value for leather garment in October reported a growth of 8.7% year on year, 14.2 percentage points lower than previous month.
While the production in the first ten months recorded a rising of 24.8% year on year to 38.9 billion yuan, the growth rate is 14.6 percentage points more than that in earlier year.
