The Fifith Huidong Shoe Culture Festival will be held in Huidong from December 20 to 22, 2010, which is organized by China Leather Industry Association and Huidong County s government, it is reported from current Huidong County s government press conference.
The festival combined with activities of trade promotion, culture and technical exchanges and fashion show and design aims at expansion of internal and external markets, the trade fair organizer will provide more than 300 boothes for exhibitors.
Starting from 2002 Huidong has successively held Huidong Shoe Culture Festival for four years, and shoemaking in Huidong County has grown into a pallar and feature industry and created 18 billion yuan in production, accounting for 46% of local total industrial output value.
