An online store opened in Taobao website, the Chinese largest online retailer, was brought to court in Shenzhen city for compasation of 420,000 yuan as the counterfeit Belle brand shoes sales there. With court mediation both sides reach a concensus on a compasation of 80,000 yuan for infringement.
