Nowadays Dongguan municipal government issued an Interim Provision on Centralized Treatment of Sludge, according to the provision the city s environmental authority will supervise the sludge centralized treatment on spot or monitor the treatment online.
The municipal government will finance the sludge treatment, the expired day set for shipping sludge to concentrated treatment plant before 10th of each month. The city financial department will allocate fund according to actually spending on the treatment.
The annual report should be submitted to the city environmental authority by the treatment plant, explaining the details of operation, management and pollution emission.
