Italy: Leather Goods Production reduced sharply in January

National Bureau of Statistics reports that the Index of Industrial Production of January 2011 increased by 0.6% compare with 2010, the growth is slow down.

As per major sectors, some increased rapidly, including Machinery Manufacturing (13.9%), Petroleum Refining and Coking (11%), Metal Fabricating (9.9%), while some dropped sharply, such as, IT and Electrical Manufacturing (-11.1%) and Textile and Leather Goods Manufacturing (-10.3%).
