Anta: School-Enterprise Cooperation is the Way of Developing

In recent years in China, factories suffered a lot from labor shortage, while the graduates are hard to hunt a job. The situation is getting worse. said Mr. Ding Zhizhong, Deputy to the National People's Congress and concurrently President of Anta Group, to solve this problem, colleagues and universities must establish cooperation with factories, changing their way of education to meet the requirement of enterprises.

Ding said, in the past few years, large apparel and footwear manufactures in Fujian have done a lot on attracting talents from China and abroad. But the attractiveness of metropolis, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, etc. made it hard to retain talents to support the development of this sector.

Colleagues and universities should open courses that meet the needs of its area, so that the local industries could benefit from education. Schools and Factories have to establish a mutual supporting relationship for the progressing of society.
