The company s foreign trade salesman Forest Chiu asked the customers who ordered TONNY s equipment to transfer the payment to his own account or account designated by him,not the company s account when he was working for TONNY. As of mid-June 2010 we have found three times and the customers payment was transferred by him is up to more than one hundred thousand.
We also found that the quality of the equipments which Forest Chiu privately purchased from other company is very poor.He pasted TONNY brands on the equipments and sold to the customers.His bad behaviors not only bring great economic losses to the company but also bring inestimable damage to the company s reputation.
The company decided that:
1. The company terminate the labor contract relationship with Forest Chiu since June 20, 2010 .
2. Forest Chiu must come to TONNY to deal with such events by the end of July 2010,if not the company will maintain rights through legal defenders.
3. The company hopes that all TONNY s customers keep vigilance, if there is doubt or a similar incident please contact with us immediately .
