Crude oil futures rallied on the New York Mercantile Exchange Friday, settling up $1.38 at $108.10 per barrel, their highest since September 2008.
Henry Hub natural gas finished off 0.051 cents to settle at $4.338 per million British thermal units.
Gasoline settled up 0.0523 cents to close at $3.1600 per gallon.
Home heating oil also finished the week's trading on a high note, closing up 0.0253 cents at $3.1378 per gallon.
At the pump, the national average price of unleaded gasoline rose to $3.619 per gallon Friday from Thursday's $3.606, AAA said.
