Pfeiffer Vacuum established subsidiary in China
Pfeiffer Vacuum, which was founded in 1890, has been a leading manufacturer of vacuum technology for more than 100 years. Pfeiffer Vacuum invented the turbopump in 1958. Up to now, about 280,000 turbopumps have been delivered worldwide.
In order to enhance the support for the Chinese market, Pfeiffer Vacuum has established its own subsidiary. Pfeiffer Vacuum (Shanghai) Co, Shanghai started its business activities in November 2007.
The new company will be closer to the market and reduce response times, cooperate with partners of the vacuum market and provide better service and technical support for customers in China.
