PV Japan is coming soon
We well exhibit to the exhibition PVJapan2010 which will be held in Yokohama, Japan.
We ll exhibit our large High Vacuum pump (TMP) for PVD process especially for useful thin-film PV. And we ll also exhibit compact vacuum pumps for analytical devices.
