The Process Equipment Division introduces the NANO 36 research tool for thin film deposition. The NANO 36 is our most affordable and easy to use tool for thermal evaporation or sputter based processes. Our NANO 36 is designed for a wide variety of applications, including; high resolution microscope sample preparation, semiconductor, nanotechnology, and photovoltaic research. Standard configurations include bell jar or stainless steel box chamber, wet or dry pumping, static, rotating, or tilting substrate holder options.
