The Guangzhou City Administration Office has announced that a work manual will soon be released to standardize the time frames and conclusion standards for all city administration component and incident cases.
The work manual will cover 102 types of city administration component cases in seven categories and 104 types of city administration incident cases in 10 categories in line with the national standards on municipal works and public utility infrastructure, city appearance, and environmental tidiness. All types of cases will be clearly names and illustrated, and the time frames and responsible departments for handling and closing such cases will be specified.
Public opinion is currently being solicited for the draft of the work manual.
