The lyrics and music of "Blue Sky" was completed in October last year. Then Chinese and Korean musicians spent four months producing a symphonic version and a popular version of the song. Four more versions will be released later.
The song eulogises mankind's pursuit of peace, harmony, freedom and love under the boundless blue sky, which is a novel interpretation of the Guangzhou 2010 Vision - "Thrilling Games, Harmonious Asia".
