From May 9th to 13th, four artists from Israel and four from Guangzhou joined hands to create a large graffiti on the old historical Taigucang pier in Guangzhou. Avraham Nir, the Israeli Consul General in Guangzhou expressed his happiness in seeing such a variety of activities held between Israeli and Cantonese people.
Taigucang Pier No.1 was recently redeveloped into a fashionable and high-class nightlife venue and this work of art was adapted to its location. Broken Fingaz, Israeli artist group told our reporter Through the graffiti, we would like to express our feeling during the last two weeks staying in China. The weather in Guangzhou is similar to Israel, and Cantonese people are very warm.
