A conference held by the National Finance Ministry, the Science & Technology Ministry, the Industry & Information Technology Ministry and the Development & Reform Commission was launched in Guangzhou Wednesday (Jul. 7) morning. The conference has approved Guangzhou's positive role in independent innovation and the development of new industries. Guangzhou was authorized to test-run a new policy for the development of new energies in the automobile industry. |
