A massive commercial facility specializing in the wholesales of apparels will rise from Guangzhou's Kaungquan Liuhua shopping district. The project, named "Guangzhou World Trade Fashion City", will have a gross floor area of approximately 300,000 square meters and is expected to be topped off next year.
The project is set to exert a stimulatory effect on the upgrading of the local shopping district's service functions and on Guangdong's commerce at large.
The project will be home to the Center for the Certification of China's Top 500 Fashion (Wholesale) Brands, which is currently in the making.
