Liuhua International Fashion Festival opened yesterday morning (Sept. 6th) at Dongfang Hotel. According to the organisers, it may well be the biggest in Asia with over 70 fashion shows organized and involving involving countries like Japan, Korea and the U.S..
"The quality of the festival is still far behind Tokyo or Beijing," explains Mr. Liu, the president of the Guangdong Clothing Association, "but the Liuhua Festival beats them all on the quantity."
